Perfect Pumpkin Pudding in the Classy Classroom Crockpot

Ingredients:

1 can pumpkin pie filling
1 can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup bisquet mix
2 eggs
******
hand mixer
large bowl
spoons
small tasting cups
napkins
large serving spoon

Directions:

  1. Spray crock with non-stick spray (I am going to try to use a crockpot bag because I don't like cleaning crockpots. I usually use a bag and then throw the bag away and put the crockpot in the dishwasher)
  2. Mix ingredients in a large bowl with mixer on low until the pudding is smooth.
  3. Place mix in crock and cook low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
